By browsing, registering, or booking interior design, renovation, furniture fabrication, or home improvement services via UrbanSathi-Interior, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
UrbanSathi-Interior provides verified interior design consultations, site measurements, custom carpentry, modular kitchen design, wall painting, wood finishing, and home styling services across Bihar. All work specifications, materials (plywood grade, laminate, finish), and timelines are finalized via mutually agreed project estimates.
Clients agree to provide unhindered access to the premises during scheduled visit hours, along with required electrical power and water supply for execution of works. Society or resident association work permits and approvals are the responsibility of the client.
Base rates displayed on the portal reflect standard estimates. Custom work requiring bespoke dimensions, premium fittings, or site alterations will receive a dedicated quote. For large turnkey projects, payments follow milestone schedules (Initial Advance, Fabrication Milestone, and Final Handover Balance).
We stand by our craftsmanship. UrbanSathi-Interior offers an assured 1-year warranty on modular fittings and workmanship, and standard manufacturer warranties on hardware hinges and accessories. If any defects arise within the guarantee period, our technician will inspect and rectify free of charge.
Consultation bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled specialist arrival. For custom manufactured furniture or pre-mixed custom paint batches, material costs are non-refundable once procurement begins.
